This is a really nice set for beginners or yogies that are looking to introduce equipment to their routine. I’ve really enjoyed my set! The quality is super nice for the price! The ring is large & durable. The ball is very durable, the bands are of nice quality & the blue colors are very pretty & vibrant!! I looked & looked for weeks at various sets before deciding on this one. It’s worth it & you too will enjoy it! Peace & Love

Is the first time I try a Pilates ring. I feel it could be stronger for some exercises, but works perfectly fine for some others.
Easy to use, the Pilates ball is a perfect size, has been my favorite alongside with the sliders, amazing quality on those two.
The resistance bands, good for certain a exercises, if you are looking for something stringers maybe not those resistance bands, but it works great for some flexibility exercises and I like that the whole kit comes in a bag so you carry it everywhere if you need it.

I love this set! I am six month postpartum and stay at home mom so my exercise exercises are at home. I have seen multiple sets that are $80-$100, but this set was very affordable and had everything that I needed to do my exercises at home! Very easy to use and comes with instructional card for additional exercises as well. Very durable and has lasted me multiple workouts so far. Very happy with my purchase.

Everything is good but the ball seems like it will pop easily. If you want a high quality ball. Purchase separately or use this one for gentle movements. Also I wish it came with more instructions….like how full the ball can be blown up.

These sets are great value, I’m a pilates teacher and I bought them for the rings and balls which are actually good quality and not flimsy. The added extra bands and sliders are great fun and good quality too!
