OPTP Franklin Method Posture Mats

Sold as a pair, these posture mats were designed my movement expert Eric Franklin. They are ideal for standing exercises for vestibular and proprioceptive training, to stabilize and strengthen the ankles, and for exercises to improve balance and posture. The curved shape stimulates the arches of the feet and increases balance challenge, while the knobby surface offers a gentle massage. Use the mats separately or secure them together for a larger surface area while performing exercises.

About Eric Franklin

Eric is a mind-body expert, movement educator and the founder and director of the Franklin Method, which incorporates movement and imagery to help improve coordination, flexibility, mobility, strength & body awareness. Eric is a former dancer who teaches his techniques at workshops and universities worldwide including the Juilliard School in New York. He is the author of more than 20 books, many of which show how the Franklin Balls can be used to perform Franklin Method techniques and exercises.
